Esoteric Treatment Modalities
(Spiritual add-0ns to treatments):
Inner Child Healing:
This type of inner work involves creating a space where your subconscious is allowed to take the lead. Inner work is the act of going inside ourselves to explore our true feelings and parts of us that may have been rejected and labeled as "inappropriate" or "too much" by others. Our inner child is a representation of ourselves at multiple points in our childhood and we can have inner children from various ages. This part of us is very much connected to our natural enthusiasm, curiosity, and creativity we experienced as actual children.
As children we are also very impressionable. Readily absorbing what our environments and caretakers teach us and how they treat us. Inner child wounds (or attachment wounds) can occur when there is either a traumatic event or chronic rupture without repair.
For children - a rupture without repair can look like crying out for help but not being heard by an emotionally unavailable caretaker. Ruptures also happen in our daily lives throughout adulthood, like when someone doesn't hold the door for us at the store.
In adulthood - we have a chance to heal our wounded inner child and create the safe, secure inner and outer environments our younger selves always wanted. It is a way to address our needs that haven't been met as children and heal the attachment wounds we've developed. By allowing ourselves time to go within, we begin peeling back our everyday coping mechanisms (being avoidant, numbing of our feelings, etc.) and are able to fully accept and integrate our subconscious into consciousness.

Shadow Work:
Do you ever get the sense that you have a dark side?
Are there parts of you you’d rather keep hidden?
These are common feelings. As it turns out, they may hold some truth. Some experts even believe there’s a way to tap into this “dark side” to deepen self-awareness and growth. It’s called shadow work and it explores the side of you that stays out of view. It’s something you can do within a treatment and at times by yourself.
In an excerpt from healthline.com about shadow work;
Jennifer Sweeton, PsyD, MS, MA, a licensed clinical psychologist with Mind Works Consulting and Psychological Services, PLLC and shares her perspective:
“[Shadow work] is the idea that we all have different parts to ourselves,” Sweeton explains. “The parts of ourselves that have been exiled… tend to become the shadow parts.” Djuan Short, LCSW, RYT-500, a holistic licensed clinical social worker with Dahlia Rose Wellness, says everyone has a shadow that typically develops in childhood. “As a child, there are many times you’re told to stop doing something… or repress parts of yourself that… for whatever reason have [been] deemed unacceptable,” says Short. Experts say exploring shadows can provide important answers. “You’re trying, through this work, to make a deeper connection to yourself and your soul to be a more complete version of yourself,” Sweeton says.

Soul Retrieval:
To understand soul retrieval, it's first important to understand how a soul can become "lost." This usually happens as a result of trauma that leaves someone feeling detached, fragmented, or seemingly separate from their body.
In soul retrieval, a person is typically guided by an experienced shaman or healer through the process of bringing the lost soul back. The shaman or healer will reach an altered state of consciousness, go into the unseen realms of spirit, find the soul and then begin to address whatever it is that caused the soul to fragment. From there, they'll bring the soul back into this physical plane.
Signs of a lost soul:
1. Depression - This encompasses a variety of felt experiences, including feeling a sense of purposelessness, feeling directionless, or worthlessness.
2. Difficulty adjusting - Because soul loss can occur as a result of trauma, struggling to adjust to life after a traumatic event takes place would be another sign that someone is dissociating.
3. Unhealthy coping mechanisms - In order to cope with the negativity someone is experiencing when dealing with soul loss, they may seek out unhealthy coping mechanisms.
4. Disconnection -According to Cummins, a lost soul can be the result of circumstances that don't align with your soul, including things like abusive relationships, a bad work environment, or simply neglecting your true passions and interests.
5. Negative thoughts and low energy - Again, some people may feel depressed if their soul is lost. Other trauma responses can arise as well, depending on the person. Some may feel really anxious, some may experience insomnia, or even feel deep fatigue and depression—it presents itself in different ways depending on the individual.
6. Self-neglect - Whether it's struggling to put yourself together or make time for yourself, or full-on neglecting your health - it can feel very challenging to take care of yourself when your soul is lost.
7. Difficulty being present - Lastly, those experiencing soul loss may have difficulty being present in everyday life — so it's like we really lose steam in our ability to manage our life, feel good, and be present."

Quantum Healing:
A form of mind-body medicine wherein a fundamental change in consciousness is said to produce a profound healing of the body-mind.
"The term "quantum healing" was introduced by Deepak Chopra, M.D., in his book Quantum Healing (1989) to explain certain types of sudden and dramatic healing of the human body, such as spontaneous remissions, that are not understood by conventional medicine.
Chopra postulates that these extraordinary forms of healing are related to understandings of quantum physics and of consciousness. Just as quantum physics aims to describe physical phenomena normally hidden at a subatomic level, so quantum healing is directed to healing the body-mind from a deep, unmanifest level of consciousness.
The mind and body are expressions of this profound consciousness, which Chopra calls the "quantum mechanical body." Chopra identifies the quantum mechanical body with the quantum level of physical reality. He maintains that we can activate profound healing of the mind and body by consciously accessing this quantum level of our being."
