Try Forest Bathing- Allowing yourself to spend time with nature during each season, where it currently sits with the natural biorhythmns of the Earth. BY spending time in nature through a walk, a bike ride, sledding, sowing seed for the fall and meditating, we are giving ourselves permission to accept the inevitable seasonal changes that are occuring and we are allowing ourselves to experience it along with he natural world. connecting with trees, paying close attention to the changing colors of the leaves and listening quietly in the stillness of the forrest gives us a sense of comfort knowing that everything is interconnected and moving through these changes all at the same time which helps with season affect disorder with experiencing deep loneliness and or depression. Create seasonal art with nature or in honor of season to stay inspired and intune with the beauty that surrounds us in the natuiral world.
